Trude Berg
Trude joined Symetri in 2012 and became CBO in 2015 with the mission to centralise and modernise the marketing organisation so it worked more effectively. With these goals accomplished she has now moved her focus to globally branding Symetri as a solution provider and thought leader within our industries. With 30+ years in the software industry Trude has the experience and drive to solve any problem and knows that great teamwork is key to success.
Sveinung Vik
Sveinung joined Symetri in 2014 and became Finance Director in 2017. During his time at Symetri he has been a driving force in many large-scale changes and re-organisations. As an experienced Finance Director Sveinung is an expert at facilitating long-term growth and implementing strategic change. He is passionate about connecting with people and modernising processes.
Mikko Viertola
Mikko joined Symetri in 2011 and after leading the Manufacturing Business Unit for several years he became CTO in 2020. He now leads a global team of professionals responsible for the Symetri Technology portfolio as well as focuses on discovering new technologies that reinforces Symetri’s competitive advantage and smart use of technology internally to enable streamlined processes for our operations. With 25+ years of experience of business development in industrial companies, Mikko is passionate about helping our customers and colleagues to reach their goals by smart use of leading edge digital solutions.
Johan Lundqvist
Johan joined Symetri as CPO in 2020. With a solid background in human resources his mission is to support our senior leadership to define guidelines in order to assist our managers and employees, develop and reinforce the Symetri Way, and continuously develop our ability to lead successful teams. Johan is passionate about creating success through people and develop leaders and employees to constantly perform better.
Raymond Paulsen
Raymond joined Symetri in 2001 and became Chief Revenue Officer, Autodesk business in 2017. Before joining Symetri Raymond managed his own company for eight years. With a history of building business within the industry, Raymond is experienced in all things Autodesk. Today he manages Symetri’s Autodesk business globally and believes that the key to success is surrounding oneself with competent people with the drive to innovate and work smarter.
Fredrik Andersson
Fredrik joined Symetri as team leader for Symetri’s IT services in 2018. In 2020 he became IT Director with the mission to develop the internal IT team. With a background of IT operation and delivery in the manufacturing industry, retail and infrastructure he is a reliable partner when it comes to building IT processes that support business processes, drives KPI’s and streamlines workflows. In his position, his colleagues are his customer, and he is dedicated to supporting them, solving problems and making the binary work dynamically.
Per Carlsson
Per joined Symetri in 2008 and has since held several leadership positions within the company. He is today responsible for Symetri sales and operations for the Building and Infrastructure industry in the Nordics. With 20+ years of experience in the software industry, Per is passionate to make a difference in the industry and believes strongly that digitalisation is the answer to our challenges with urbanisation and sustainability.
Anders Mellingen
Anders joined Symetri in 2000, and held the position of Business Area Manager for manufacturing in Norway for many years before becoming Sr. Director of the Nordic Manufacturing Business Unit in 2020. With 25+ years of experience from both technical areas and complex solution sales, he has been part of both Symetri’s and the manufacturing industry’s development over the last decades.
Anders Jacobsson
Anders joined Symetri in 2022 as COO of Symetri Europe. Anders has 20+ years of industry experience having held positions as CEO and Senior Vice President in both software and engineering related companies. He has a solid management track record with proven leadership skills, documented strong financial results and a huge passion for employees and customers success. Anders strives to build strong relationships, enthuse teamwork and contribute to our journey to ensure people work smarter and more sustainably.

Robin Adams
Vice President
Robin is one of the founding Principals of Microdesk (Now Symetri), an enterprise-level Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations and Maintenance (AECO) industry consultancy, with over 30 years of experience.
Prior to beginning Microdesk in 1994, she worked for nine years for a Massachusetts-based Autodesk reseller, providing technical, sales and marketing support for CAD and GIS products. And prior to that she worked for a construction firm as a drafter and land survey technician.
Robert Zannotti
Executive Vice President, Global Sales/Operations
Robert joined in 2006 as an Account Executive serving clients in central and southern New England. He became Executive Vice President in 2017. Although his background is in Finance/Economics, he joined the AECO industry due to his affinity for technology and his passion to help clients. He spent eight years helping to extend market share growth throughout the Northeast Region and mentoring newer salespeople. The past ten years, Robert has focused on developing, standardizing and structuring the Sales, CSM and Sales Operations groups to ensure our clients have the best technology and workflows to help them work smarter and are excited about the customer experience they receive from us.

Jody has been focused around growing a world class consulting organization, delivering professional services to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners for the past 20 years. This year is going to be a milestone year for Symetri, Building Information Modeling is having an impact across many of the industries we service and as a result our consulting practice is expanding.
George Broadbent
Vice President of Asset Management
George has more than 25 years of Management Consulting experience in the areas of Asset Management, Electronic Content Management (ECM), Information Security and Vital Records Planning and Management.
George's philosophy is to understand the end state of the system and drive forward towards this end. This information and systems driven approach allows for the creation of systems and processes that are not only successful but sustainable. Asset Management is fundamentally an information system and when you look at the system as a whole you can drive insights into the organization that allow for organization change and cost savings.
In 2007, Mr. Broadbent was the co-recipient of the Brit Literary Award for an article that on the ISO 17799 standards that addressed the convergence of information security with records management.

Mike Masters

Mike is an Information Systems Expert & Persuasive Technology Leader. With a focus on team, project and corporate success. He provides extensive experience with leading evaluating, launching and maintenance of information technology systems.
Nick DellaRosa
Nick is Microdesk’s Vice President of Infrastructure Services with extensive experience in supporting both public and private firms in the AECO industry. With more than 16 years of experience at Microdesk/Symetri and 9 years in Survey and Engineering preceding that, Nick is experienced in providing technical support, training, and consulting on the use and implementation of CAD, BIM, GIS and other AECO technologies within the industry. Nick utilizes his experiences to assist firms and agencies both public and private with developing and executing strategic plans around the use and adoption of the latest industry technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and value.
Nick manages Microdesk’s entire Infrastructure department across the country. He and his team utilize their industry knowledge and expertise to assist survey firms, engineering firms, construction firms and owners with the adoption, implementation and maintenance of AECO technologies.
Mallary White
Mallary is an experienced Project Manager and leads the West Coast Architecture, Structure and Interior Design teams as the Vice President of Consulting – West Coast at Microdesk/Symetri. She is a part of the Architecture and Scan to BIM teams, with an expertise in Historic Preservation. She is a Regional Lead for Women in BIM (WIB) and her main thrill is leveraging technology and BIM data to streamline and automate workflows.
Her team provides Technology Ecosystem Evaluations + Recommendations, BIM Project Management, Technical Support, Software Training, Workforce Technology Implementation and Adoption Strategies, BIM Guideline and Template Development along with consulting services to Microdesk’s Architectural clients worldwide.
Chris Fercho
With an extensive background in the AECO industry planning and managing the digital transformation of multiple firms, Chris has the experience and knowledge to assess business technology strategies and goals. Natural leadership and strategic planning skills permit him to effectively integrate the right mix of technology, processes, and training to address an organization’s unique needs. Chris understands that maintaining a long-term, successful BIM strategy requires the dedicated support of a partner to stay current on technology across the industry while firms are able to focus on the areas that make them successful through design and construction
Brad Horst

Greg oversees all aspects of Microdesk’s (now Symetri) quality and business improvement efforts such as developing and administering the consulting services team, training and coaching employees, and ensuring that the consulting services team is exceeding customers’ expectations. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that Microdesk’s team continues to grow to meet the demands of the industry. His experience previous to Microdesk was as a Manager of BIM Solutions for Joseph R. Loring Engineers where he was responsible for managing the change of a strictly CAD-based design company to a fully functional BIM-ready firm. Prior to that, Greg was a Solutions Specialist at Microdesk implementing technology for numerous firms across the country.
Kevin Phillips
Kevin oversees all aspects of Symetri's quality and business improvement efforts such as developing and administering the consulting services team, training and coaching employees, and ensuring that the consulting services team are exceeding customers’ expectations. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that Microdesk’s team continues to grow to meet the demands of the industry. Prior to joining the company, Kevin was an Electrical Engineer/Project Leader with WSP Lincolne Scott, where he managed multiple electrical design projects and MEP teams as a project leader.
Kevin Rose
As Vice President of Information Technology, Kevin manage the Symetri US IT team and oversee Information Technology system operations for the organization’s 12 offices nationwide. Responsible for ensuring that all systems and infrastructure support and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Jeanette stockwell
Accomplished Vice President of Sales with a demonstrated history of working in the technology industry. Skilled in Sales, Communication, Business Development, Partner Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Ray Sirois
Ray Sirois is a Cloud Solutions Engineer at Symetri US. He works closely with the sales and consulting teams as well as Panzura sales and technical teams to assist organizations with moving from legacy systems to best-in class hybrid cloud solutions with Panzura and now CQi. Ray comes to the company from H2M out of New York and New England-based Wright-Pierce where he served as Director of IT and CIO. For those companies, he managed technology budgets, planning and acted as a Project Manager for dozens of implementations, cloud migration projects, acquisitions and geographical expansions.

Mike is an experienced BIM Consultant and Project Manager and leads the Construction Consulting Team at Symetri. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that the Symetri team can exceed client needs and expectations. His team provides BIM consulting services for our construction clients. These opportunities include workflow evaluations & recommendations, project management, technical support, software training, technology implementation, BIM standards and template development.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Randy oversees all aspects of Symetri US quality and business improvement efforts such as developing and administering the consulting services team, training, and coaching employees, and ensuring that the consulting services team are exceeding customer expectations. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that the team continues to grow. During Randy’s 18-year tenure, he has overseen various project types for many clients in the New England area. Randy’s prior experience includes working as an Applications Engineer for Revit Technology and Autodesk.
