As the CEO of Symetri he is responsible for the overall operations and business development of the company. He strives to challenge, and to be challenged by people that have a passion for finding new ways to work smarter for a better future by developing and connecting technology with people in a way that contributes to meaningful change.

Anders joined Symetri in 2000, and held the position of Business Area Manager for manufacturing in Norway for many years before becoming Sr. Director of the Nordic Manufacturing Business Unit in 2020. With 25+ years of experience from both technical areas and complex solution sales, he has been part of both Symetri’s and the manufacturing industry’s development over the last decades.

Vice President

Robin is one of the founding Principals of Microdesk (Now Symetri), an enterprise-level Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations and Maintenance (AECO) industry consultancy, with over 30 years of experience.

Prior to beginning Microdesk in 1994, she worked for nine years for a Massachusetts-based Autodesk reseller, providing technical, sales and marketing support for CAD and GIS products. And prior to that she worked for a construction firm as a drafter and land survey technician.

Robert joined in 2006 as an Account Executive serving clients in central and southern New England.  He became Executive Vice President in 2017.  Although his background is in Finance/Economics, he joined the AECO industry due to his affinity for technology and his passion to help clients.   He spent eight years helping to extend market share growth throughout the Northeast Region and mentoring newer salespeople.  The past ten years, Robert has focused on developing, standardizing and structuring the Sales, CSM and Sales Operations groups to ensure our clients have the best technology and workflows to help them work smarter and are excited about the customer experience they receive from us.

George has more than 25 years of Management Consulting experience in the areas of Asset Management, Electronic Content Management (ECM), Information Security and Vital Records Planning and Management.

George's philosophy is to understand the end state of the system and drive forward towards this end. This information and systems driven approach allows for the creation of systems and processes that are not only successful but sustainable. Asset Management is fundamentally an information system and when you look at the system as a whole you can drive insights into the organization that allow for organization change and cost savings.

In 2007, Mr. Broadbent was the co-recipient of the Brit Literary Award for an article that on the ISO 17799 standards that addressed the convergence of information security with records management.

Nick is Microdesk’s Vice President of Infrastructure Services with extensive experience in supporting both public and private firms in the AECO industry.  With more than 16 years of experience at Microdesk/Symetri and 9 years in Survey and Engineering preceding that, Nick is experienced in providing technical support, training, and consulting on the use and implementation of CAD, BIM, GIS and other AECO technologies within the industry.  Nick utilizes his experiences to assist firms and agencies both public and private with developing and executing strategic plans around the use and adoption of the latest industry technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and value.

Nick manages Microdesk’s entire Infrastructure department across the country. He and his team utilize their industry knowledge and expertise to assist survey firms, engineering firms, construction firms and owners with the adoption, implementation and maintenance of AECO technologies.

Mallary is an experienced Project Manager and leads the West Coast Architecture, Structure and Interior Design teams as the Vice President of Consulting – West Coast at Microdesk/Symetri. She is a part of the Architecture and Scan to BIM teams, with an expertise in Historic Preservation. She is a Regional Lead for Women in BIM (WIB) and her main thrill is leveraging technology and BIM data to streamline and automate workflows.

Her team provides Technology Ecosystem Evaluations + Recommendations, BIM Project Management, Technical Support, Software Training, Workforce Technology Implementation and Adoption Strategies, BIM Guideline and Template Development along with consulting services to Microdesk’s Architectural clients worldwide.

Chris understands that maintaining a long-term, successful BIM strategy requires the dedicated support of a partner to stay current on technology across the industry while firms are able to focus on the areas that make them successful through design and construction

He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that Microdesk’s team continues to grow to meet the demands of the industry. His experience previous to Microdesk was as a Manager of BIM Solutions for Joseph R. Loring Engineers where he was responsible for managing the change of a strictly CAD-based design company to a fully functional BIM-ready firm. Prior to that, Greg was a Solutions Specialist at Microdesk implementing technology for numerous firms across the country.

Prior to joining the company, Kevin was an Electrical Engineer/Project Leader with WSP Lincolne Scott, where he managed multiple electrical design projects and MEP teams as a project leader.

Ray Sirois is a Cloud Solutions Engineer at Symetri US. He works closely with the sales and consulting teams as well as Panzura sales and technical teams to assist organizations with moving from legacy systems to best-in class hybrid cloud solutions with Panzura and now CQi. Ray comes to the company from H2M out of New York and New England-based Wright-Pierce where he served as Director of IT and CIO. For those companies, he managed technology budgets, planning and acted as a Project Manager for dozens of implementations, cloud migration projects, acquisitions and geographical expansions.

Mike is an experienced BIM Consultant and Project Manager and leads the Construction Consulting Team at Symetri. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that the Symetri team can exceed client needs and expectations. His team provides BIM consulting services for our construction clients. These opportunities include workflow evaluations & recommendations, project management, technical support, software training, technology implementation, BIM standards and template development.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
