Bios:
Mario Morales, Senior Solution Specialist for Symetri is a BIM-certified Autodesk Instructor with 30+ years of experience in Civil Engineering and Media & Entertainment. As a former CAD Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, he provides comprehensive training and support services. His expertise includes software training, project mentoring, standards migration, and custom development for engineering firms, government agencies, and entertainment companies. Mario has delivered training and design development for renowned organizations like Walt Disney Imagineering, Caltrans, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
Robert "Butch" Loncar serves as a Design Services Coordinator with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, with a tenure spanning 39 years with the organization. For the past 33 years, he has been an integral part of the Engineering Department. In his role, Butch has dedicated the last 25 years to overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Computer-Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) system, as well as other engineering software and hardware within the department. Currently, he is actively engaged in the development of the Commission's Digital Delivery / Strategic Planning for Enhanced Engineering Delivery (SPEED) programs.
Mark Anderson is a licensed professional land surveyor with over 30 years of experience working on highway infrastructure projects in Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, he has performed a wide range of surveying and engineering tasks, including boundary, topographic, and control surveys; construction layout; base plan development and terrain modeling; roadway design; and all phases of right-of-way and construction plan preparation. Since joining the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission in 2011, Mark has managed and overseen utility, field survey, and right-of-way coordination for Commission projects.
