Since the beginning of the 20th century, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) has been responsible for planning, designing, building, operating, and maintaining a diverse and complex collection of critical infrastructure assets. The PANYNJ asset portfolio consists of more than 25 facilities, including major New York area airports and bridges, tunnels, a commuter railway, marine and bus terminals and ports, and the World Trade Center complex. These assets form the lifeblood of a vast trade and transportation network serving 17 million people’s commutes and are critical to the U.S. economy.

In the recent decade, the PANYNJ made significant progress in developing an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program in order to establish an agency-wide, standards-based approach to managing its facilities and all related assets. Join our session on this actionable Asset Management Plan to learn how:
