We've invested in upgrading your experience! The new platform gives you new self-service options for class registrations and cancellations. We'll also be introducing access to content outside the live class to enrich your experience and increase the value you get.

Go to your new Symetri Connect portal to access any class you've registered for. Live classes will be held on our new Symetri US CAD LIVE tenant, but your learning portal will host any links needed for training, including the link to CAD LIVE.

No, this is a new Symetri account. In the future we'll expand this account page to access other useful areas like Technical Support. We may choose to integrate other services with this account in the future.

No, you do not. We have all registration records and are currently in the process of transferring these into the new learning platforms. If you have any specific questions about an upcoming class, you're welcome to reach out to our Training Team.
